We want you to love your Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and music media are final sale unless damaged during shipping.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags remain attached to the apparel.

Print and Attach Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
